The diffusion coefficients of uranium and plutonium were measured using the diffusion couple consisted of UO and (UPuAm)O disks. The diffusion coefficient of uranium and plutonium were almost comparable value. In addition, the temperature dependence of lattice diffusion and grain boundary (GB) diffusion was evaluated. It was observed that the lattice diffusion coefficient had almost no temperature dependence. Conversely, the GB diffusion notably depended on the temperature.
